Faten est une hôte très réactive et proactive. L'accueil est très aimable et serviable. Je recommande à tous les visiteurs à Abu Simbel hors circuits touristiques de loger ici. Les temples sont à 20 minutes à pied et 5 minutes en tok-tok (pour 30£ l'aller). Le restaurant qu'elle nous a conseillé juste à côté est très bon (Al Modish). Heureusement qu'elle était là pour trouver une solution de retour par bus sur Assouan car du fait du début des festivités de l'Aïd ce jour là, les bus d'état ne roulaient pas. Elle a trouvé une solution à l'aide d'amis à elle pour que nous puissions relier notre destination dans de très bonnes conditions de confort et raisonnable en tarif. Merci pour tout !

I called the number provided to get information and support how to reach Abu Simbel. The answer by Faten's husband was rude that I decided to go somewhere else. It is not advisable to welcome foreigners in your house if you don't want your wife to talk to them.

It is quite nice to stay at Faten’s new house. As there aren’t too much accommodations to choose from in Abu Simbel, this is a reliable one absolutely. Faten prepared a nice breakfast for us before checking out, and she speaks good English so the communication is smooth and good. Recommend to have a stay when you plan to visit Abu Simbel.

The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious., with comfortable beds and lots of packing space, towels included, facilities working well. Faten was an amazing host, always very responsive, helpful and friendly. She helped us to organize 2 full day private trips with many stops and details, perfectly accommodating all of our needs. As the driver didn’t speak English, she called them many times during our trip to make sure we are ok. When we arrived, she provided delicious welcome drinks and an easy check in process. We didn’t see it in the description but breakfast is included and it was a good one. The place is around 25 mins walk from the temples.
