OUTDOOR SPACE The private backyard boasts 2 salt water, heated pools, fun inflatable toys, sun loungers, and a large cooler to keep your beverages cold. There's also a cozy fire pit, a gas grill, a ping pong table, a corn hole, LED accent lights all around. The backyard is fenced and lined with dense vegetation to give your group the utmost privacy throughout your stay. Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $300 per stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival. We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $250 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book. Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 6v vehicles. We also offer discounted rates for our guests on Exotic Car Rentals and Yacht Charters. Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules.
