Spacious 130mq attic apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 7 people, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and every comfort including a covered veranda and a large furnished terrace overlooking the city and the sea. The apt is located in a quiet and convenient position, a short distance from Lido Colonna (500 mt) and from the seafront with cycle path. The historic center of Trani can be reached with a pleasant 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. Garage available. The 130 mq apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building equipped with a lift and is composed as follows: - Eat-in kitchen with dining table, sofa and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, traditional oven and microwave; - Large living room with dining table, double sofa bed, sofa and armchairs, TV - Sitting room with dining table, sofa with chairs - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, split A/C and internal bathroom equipped with wc and shower box - Bedroom II with two single beds and wardrobe - Bedroom III with a single bed and wardrobe - Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub - Veranda covered by an awning and equipped with table and chairs - Large terrace (two steps to access it from the veranda) equipped with table and chairs, umbrella and deck chairs Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, mosquito nets, fans, safe, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Todo correcto y segun lo acordado
Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist nicht vorhanden! Jedoch in der Beschreibung und auf Bildern zu sehen!!! Betreiber hat auf Nachfrage gemeint, da wäre keine gewesen. Nahezu alle Rolladen defekt. Außenmarkisen ebenso. Beschattung daher nicht möglich. In der ersten Woche hatten wir daher nachts um die 32-34 grad. Schlafen nicht möglich. Aufzug ist eine Katastrophe. Fahrt vom Erdgeschoss bis in den 5 Stock gefühlt 10 Minuten. Bei Belegung mit mehr als 4 Personen erreicht der Aufzug den 5 Stock nicht und fährt automatisch nach -1! Keine Liegen auf Terrasse vorhanden Zusatzbetten sind sehr durchgelegen. Ab der zweiten Woche begannen die Arbeiten auf der Großbaustelle neben an. Lärmbelastung extrem, von 7:30 bis 18 Uhr. Aufgrund dieser Zustände hätten wir die Wohnung zu diesem Preis keinesfalls gebucht. Aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage erwarten wir eine Vergütung bzw. Rückzahlung, da es sich hier um die Vortäuschung falscher Tatsachen handelt. Das ist weder korrekt noch in Ordnung.

Trani is an enchanting village overlooking the Adriatic Sea and dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Swabia made it one of his main maritime fortresses. The town offers splendid natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. The wonderful tourist port dotted with typical fishing boats and dominated by the symbol of the town, the superb Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the characteristic local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to the year 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, the strong point of the city, visible from the sea.
The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, just 500 meters from the first historic beach of Trani (Colonna)and a short distance from the tipical street that takes to the monastery and abbey of S. Maria di Colonna. The historic center can be reached on foot in 25 minutes or by car in 5. The city bus stop is also 50 meters away and essential services are close at hand: there is a supermarket under the house, bars and a pharmacy are within 200 meters.
- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to BARI CENTRALE station, from here the regional train to TRANI and from here by bus with stop 50 meters from the accommodation.
- FROM TRANI STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 27 minutes (2 km) or by bus with stop 50 meters from the accommodation.
- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Garage available for guests (Width 3.2 meters, Length 5.20 meters, Height 2 meters)
