We loved our stay at Marian’s place in Valencia! The flat was exceptionally clean and updated. Has AC which is huge in the summer as it was very hot outside. We were a 10 minute, easy walk straight down to the beach. The beach was family oriented, safe and lovely. We bought sandwiches at “Beachbol” right on the beach. You can rent chairs and umbrellas for cheap. There are multiple beach restaurants along the ocean. We walked about 25 minutes to the Marina. You can make a reservation ahead of time for Marina Beach Club or Panorama right on the ocean. Or, there is a strip of bars and restaurants down there as well. We took a 15 minute Uber from Marian’s to the Old Town to see the sights. We also took a ten minute Uber to the Aquarium/Giant Whale shaped museum. We recommend “Bikini” near Marian’s for an amazing dinner or lunch (walkable.) Right next door to Bikini is a giant market full or bars & food. There are also convenience shops right near Marian’s for water etc. Enjoy your stay!

Myself and two friends had a fantastic stay at Marian’s place. The apartment was very clean, air conditioned and complete with the amenities needed for a 5-night stay. It is spacious and well laid-out, with a great open-planned kitchen area. Beds and sofa are all very comfortable. The location is good, 10 minute walk to the beach, where there is lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a supermarket 1 minute away from the apartment, and another shop nearby (2 minutes) that sells everything you could ever need. Overall, brilliant and very comfortable stay at Marians.

My family had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location has easy access to public transportation and a variety of attractions, the beach is only 10 min away! The apartment itself is elegantly decorated, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed including kitchen stuff. Wifi is incredibly fast. From what it's hard to tell from the photos, the mattresses here are very convenient and great for sleeping. Marian and Alberto are incredibly friendly and responsive, answered all questions and talked about neighbourhood and best places to visit in Valencia! I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the area.
