We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and perfectly clean! Big boy the giraffe came and joined us for Jess’s bday which was the best surprise! And her family next door and all their doggos along with the pool were a great addition.

We enjoyed our stay at the Watering hole. Its a beautiful house, just like in the pictures. The view of the dam is spectacular. The area is peaceful and quiet. It's a proper farm house therefore some kitchen appliances are not available, for instance an electric kettle (there was a stove kettle) and microwave. The host Linda, is very responsive and kind. She welcomed us so beautifully with a message rusks, chocolates and wine, although we arrived late but this gesture got us all excited to be there. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a peaceful getaway ✨️

This was one of the best places I have ever been to a true meaning of a small piece of heaven.. My colleagues and I enjoyed every moment of the stay the hardest part of it all was having to leave.. Definitely will be coming back..
