Wake up with the sound of waves at your doorstep or splash at your own private 12mx7m modern zero edge infinity swimming pool. The Villa has a relaxing ambience, very spacious & airy, fenced & gated with total privacy. The room accommodates 4 guests on the nightly rate. Use of pool, sun loungers, beach towels. Room is ensuite. Wifi is available. The room is at the ground level of the Villa, the same level with the pool, and it has an un interrupted sea view and pool view. The Room accommodates 4 guests includes on the nightly rates. But can accommodate 4-7 maximum with extra charges per guest. The room has 2 beds of 160cmx200cm bed, (queen size) and a single bed. Beds are with very comfortable luxurious hotel mattress. Room is ensuite bathroom with his & hers vanity sinks, hot water and rain shower. Hotel like-set up. NOTE - please do not move the beds.

five plus stars I've stayed at many arbnb in Santa Ana area . Ready to try this new one . WOW! most pictures online look good but rooms are small when seeing..this place was the room and pool was larger than pictures shown. BEAUTIFUL! the accomodations are beyond described and luxury is kept through a humble quiet staff that just keeps on cleaning and shinning every corner of my holiday. the fixtures and amenities are all new giving a sense of real appreciation a quest ! I have stayed at many five star hotels that are not as clean as this.PERFECT! the staff here help me with everything upon arrival to departure without even asking ..the host are well educated and happy to serve the guest. the walk to the beach shorter than described and the water more ENJOYABLE than expected. floors are clean enough to eat off. I own an arbnb in California and travel around the world ..this one best .The price is low in compared to the luxury . easy walk to many dinning choices. AMAZING!

Racat Beach is one of the most sought after beach in Santa Ana, because of its pristine and very calm water. And Although its gray sand but its Great for snorkelling and most of all enjoy the sunset while paddle boarding or even just sitting under the umbrella tree sipping beer/ smoothies/ Gin & Tonic/ coffee or Tea/ great for sundowner.
Racat has a friendly neighbourhood. The villa is surrounded with local resorts and residences. But not close proximity.

Parking is no issue.
10 mins drive to the town centre, 15 mins drive to the pier if you wish to take Bangka (local boat) to hire for island hopping. Or to access some of the beautiful white beaches in Santa Ana. Like Palaui Island, Anguib Beach,
