Pros: The apartment felt safe and secure, especially with the attendants at the front desk around the clock. There was enough space for three of us to share comfortably and still enjoy privacy. The host was super responsive at all times, especially when we realized there was no oil, salt or pepper as listed and it was immediately brought over. Cons: Two of the three rooms have sliding glass doors that are too small for the space and must be perfectly centered to somewhat be ‘closed.’ The streets are noisy - you hear everything. Traffic, people yelling about the school bus or what they’re selling, the dog daycare that is right next door. It was unfortunately difficult to get a decent night’s rest. The couch and love seat have stains and don’t welcome rest or relaxation. The rug was still dirty with leftover food crumbs. The only common area space we felt comfortable using was the dining table. There were sugar ants all over the kitchen surface which we tried to wipe away each day.

Muy acogedor el lugar, limpio y sobre todo en un entorno tranquilo, cerca prácticamente de todo, volvería a rentarlo en mi próxima estadía en Medellín. Quedé encantado con la tranquilidad del barrio y la cercanía a todo.

El departamento se encuentra en buena zona y segura. Es exactamente como se describe en la publicación. Todo en orden y limpio.
