Just a 3-minute walk to the heart of the vibrant little historic town of Ashburton with some great eateries, delis and antiques. This spacious and comfortable flat has a large and fully equipped open-plan kitchen and very convenient allocated parking. It's on the top floor of a restored and charming Grade 2 Listed building. The apartment is normally my family home with my 2 young children. It's a great location on the edge of Dartmoor and close to the beaches of south Devon. The open plan kitchen and dining table and 4 seater corner sofa make for a laidback and social living space. The kitchen has more than the usual holiday home and has a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, smoothie maker and blender. The bedroom has a kingsize bed with quality and comfortable linen. Also storage space in the drawer for you to use for your stay. The bathroom has a rain shower and a bath. The flat has thermostat-controlled heating and high-speed 65Mb WiFi throughout. The free allocated parking space is right next to the main entrance to the building. Parking is a premium in Ashburton so to always have it is a real bonus.
