Villa Giselda 6 Pax with private pool and outdoor jacuzzi, is located on the hill of Formia, ideal for those who love living in tranquillity surrounded by nature to enjoy moments of relaxation with the family and children who love being outdoors. Completely fenced off, with an automatic entrance gate, a beautiful private garden of about 500 square metres, and a swimming pool for exclusive use (6.10 x 3.75 x h 1.20 metres). The comfortable character of our spaces offers the possibility of a quiet stay, without renouncing the proximity of the neighbouring tourist centres and the most beautiful beaches of the Latium Coast. Only 8 km from the centre of Formia with its shops, railway station, ferries to the islands and the beach of Vindicio famous for windsurfing, kitesurfing and water sports; 13 km from Gaeta with its monuments, the Park of Monte Orlando with its Bourbon military strongholds and the beautiful white sandy beaches; 25 km from Sperlonga with its characteristic old town, marina and sandy beaches. Rome and Naples can be reached in just over an hour and a half with trains leaving every hour from Formia station. A semi-detached villa with an independent entrance, the area available to guests is about 120 square metres on a single level on a raised floor. The house, fully air-conditioned, with mosquito nets, consists of a large living room with suede sofa, 65-inch satellite TV, dining area with table and chairs, open kitchen with dishwasher, 5-plate induction hob, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, double-door refrigerator. Relaxation area, with billiard table, leading to a bathroom with shower and 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms with TV in the room. A patio outside the house houses the barbecue area, pizza oven, hob and a large table with chairs. The house is surrounded by 500 square metres of garden with palm trees and a play area equipped with a swing, slide, swings area, loungers in the oval pool area, an outdoor shower and a complete bathroom with washing machine. Zeer mooie omgeving, rustig en netjes bijgehouden tuin. Woonruimte is mooi groot. Bij aankomst vielen meteen zaken op die niet op de foto of juist wel op de foto stonden op. 2 grote rekken met chips, grote extra koelkast (naast de Amerikaanse dubbele) vol met drank, rekken met wijn, etc. Dat was niet wat we verwachtte en niet handig met kinderen die natuurlijk meteen chips wilden. Dit hebben ze weg gehaald, echter de koelkast met drank maakt erg veel herrie wanneer deze aanslaat dat het zelfs in de slaapkamer te horen is. Daarbij dimmen de lichten dan iedere keer (waarschijnlijk iets te veel apparaten op 1 groep). Er was nog een extra ruimte te zien op foto's ten tijde van boeken waarop nog een slaapruimte te zien was, dit was een fout. Ook heeft 1 van de slaapkamers geen airco noch televisie. Iets wat wel vermeld staat in de omschrijving. Voor de rest een prachtige tuin, zwembad wordt dagelijks schoon gemaakt en bijgehouden door de eigenaar, afgelegen (oprit is stijl :-)).
our family with a one year old son felt very comfortable in this lovely home. The grounds are great with all sorts of activities for the kids including a trampoline, swings and slide, as well as a great pool! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect between the mountains and the sea. Every day we went to the sea, the road took only 10 minutes by car to an excellent sandy beach. We were very warmly welcomed and were always in touch, they offered help on any of our questions, at the same time everything was non-intrusive. Definitely recommend this accommodation and leave it as a favorite to come back again!
Siamo davvero soddisfatti della permanenza in questa splendida villa Giselda curata nei minimi particolari siamo stati accolti in modo eccellente dal proprietario assistente di Letizia che ci ha fornito durante la permanenza tutte le informazioni necessarie sugli splendidi ed innumerevoli luoghi da visitare oltre dove acquistare cibo locale fatto in casa di alta qualità. la comunicazione con lui è assolutamente eccezionale grazie Antonio!! Consiglio di soggiornare in questa villa molto pulita inoltre preciso che la bellissima villa è dotata di una sala biliardo oltre allo splendido e curato giardino con molti giochi per i bambini patio attrezzato con angolo barbecue e forno a legna molto luminoso. Posizionata tra mare e monti con spiagge locali a pochi minuti di auto raggiungibili sia in bicicletta che a chi piace camminare anche a piedi circa 3,5 km. Ambiente esterno di totale relax silenzioso pieno di natura. Crediamo vivamente di tornare in questa struttura. Grazie!

Mountain lovers can delight in excursions within the Aurunci Park, while lovers of the sea can reach the most renowned beaches of the Gulf of Gaeta in 10 minutes by car; boat excursions to discover the splendid stretch of coast between Formia and Sperlonga or the Pontine islands can be booked on request.
The surroundings are all waiting to be discovered, both from a naturalistic as well as a historical and cultural point of view: the archaeological area of Minturno, the Roman sites of Formia, the Riviera di Ulisse park, Gaeta's Montagna Spaccata, and the seaside village of Sperlonga.
An excellent base for day trips to the Royal Palace of Caserta, Pompeii, Naples and Rome.
