This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath pool home boasts a truly unique character and a private oasis-like outdoor area. This completely renovated 2,000 sqft property is situated in the best locations in Boynton Beach and is designed for perfect relaxation with its fully screened and heated outdoor saltwater pool. The home sits on a spacious lot with stunning views over the pool area and well-kept backyard. Our tiki-style cedar Gazebo, located right by the pool, provides a refreshing breeze and amazing views. The property has been completely renovated in 2022. New roof, new impact windows & doors, bathrooms, kitchen equipment, flooring, paint inside and out. Brand-new furniture in bedrooms and living area. Renovated pool and spacious new patio. INSIDE Great size living room with high-speed internet, smart Samsung TV (65 inches), high-quality leather sectional, solid wood coffee table with granite top, carpet, and solid wood TV hutch. There is also a buffet, a dining table with 8 chairs, and a chandelier. If you are traveling for work there is a huge real wood executive desk with a desk chair and a lamp available in the office area of the dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, & all major appliances as well as a blender, toaster, kettle, 2-way coffee maker, instant pot, and more. Brand-new cooking top and KitchenAid fridge and dishwasher. Master Bedroom: comfortable king-size bed with new Novaform 12" mattress, smart OLED SamsungTV, huge walk-in closet, ensuite full master bathroom with natural marble on walls & floor. Second Bedroom: king-size bed with whitewash headboard, coastal nightstand, 5-drawer chest, smart Samsung TV, and a closet. Third Bedroom: two solid wood twin beds, a cute nightstand, and a large walk-in closet. OUTSIDE The property sits on a huge lot and offers unique and beautiful views over the pool area, and a well-kept and palm trees surrounded backyard. Our home has a fully screened and heated outdoor saltwater 14' x 28' pool. The lounge area contains 4 chaise loungers and 2 coffee tables. There is a brand-new tiki-style cedar 12'x16' Gazebo built right by the pool that will give you a fresh breeze and amazing views. This gazebo has a 5-seat outdoor sofa and 3 outdoor armchairs and can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people. The space of the gazebo is separated from the brand-new Weber gas grill by a bar counter convenient for serving. The outdoor dining area can serve 6-8 people and equip with a 55' smart TV. The outdoor bar has 4 bar chairs around the counter, bar equipment, and a set of dishes which safe for the pool area. LOCATION The property is located in a very nice and very safe area in Boynton Beach, there is plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and a beach in close proximity. It's only about 10 min drive to Delray Beach Downtown, 20 min drive to Boca Raton, and approximately 25 min to Worth Avenue on Balm Beach Island or West Palm Beach Downtown. The nearest beaches are a 15 min drive located at Ocean Front Beach Park and 20 min drive at Gulfstream Park. BEACHES. Oceanfront Park Beach (10 minutes & 5 miles driving) is open 365 days a year from sunrise to 9:00 pm. Lifeguards are on duty every day from 9 am – 5 pm. The staff is certified or licensed as First Responders or EMT’s. Designated surfing and skimboard areas are located at the north and south ends of the beach. Picnic areas are equipped with grills, tables, and restrooms. It's free but you have to pay for the parking lot $1.5 per hour. The unique Gulfstream Park (15-20 min driving) is open all year round from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and has a shady parking lot, restrooms, a playground, and a large picnic area. This is free-of-charge parking here. Both parks give you easy access to a fantastic five-mile ocean beach.

we were in a jam.and they really went out of their way to help us out. best host and really nice location and home. I live in the area so I know. I really appreciate helping my family put for the month and the house was great felt at home.
Aleksander's place was amazing! The back yard...oh my goodness, was outstanding!! The atmosphere he has created is something to behold. We spent most of our time outside even though it was 95 degress! Coffee under the tiki hut in the morning, dips in the pool throughout the day, and wine in the evenings under the beautiful lights. Everything outside is so well thought out and tastefully done. Inside, every ammenity, and there were so many, was top of the line and the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a holiday dinner. All appliances are brand new and top of the line. The neighborhood is close to everything! Great restaurants to choose from and shopping galore all within 7-10 min away. Aleksander provided a very nice informational booklet with all the local sights and directions to most places along with the house rules. We loved our stay and hope to come back one day.
The house was amazing and super clean. Best AirBnB experience 10/10. The host had great communication. This house met all of our expectations and then some. Pictures don't do it justice. Nice Quiet neighborhood. Prime location, close to all the necessary stores.
