Nicknamed Retreat Royale, the cozy studio is your centrally located Redding home base while you are exploring all that NorCal has to offer. As you arrive you will go through your own entry on the side of the house. After walking through the sliding door you step onto the plush carpet, have the coffee and breakfast station with refrigerator and hot pad to your right and bath straight ahead. Outfitted with a 42” tv and upholstered headboards you can rest comfortably watching a movie or if you connect to the Wi-Fi; catch up on some work. The family neighborhood is full of life in the mornings as well as weekends and offers close access to all the amenities you could need.
