A beautiful, clean, cozy home. Well-appointed space with great attention to detail and consideration of guests' needs. Fawn proactively communicated information and instructions for all of our needs. Our family booked a two-night stay for my daughter's graduation from SUNY New Paltz. We traveled from Long Island, New Jersey and California. Our party of five slept comfortably, played many games in the dining/games nook, moved about freely in the kitchen and gathered in the living room to watch a final project student film. The outdoor space is fabulous and the home has a private driveway. We had plenty of space to gather together and felt very much at home. If traveling to New Paltz, I highly recommend staying in the 1875 Schoolhouse.

Hubby stayed there while visiting family. He enjoyed the full kitchen and did much cooking for himself. The house was very comfortable and just what he was hoping for. He didn't get a chance to use the firepit but there was firewood for it. Would like to stay there again when in New Paltz.

This was a perfect home-away-from-home for me and my 2 kids. Just enough amenities and comforts without being complicated or overdone. There was enough space and kitchen items for us to be comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

This was a repeat visit to Fawn’s lovely home and again it did not disappoint! Highly recommend as a great and peaceful upstate escape, and Fawn is a fabulous host!

We used Fawn’s home to house our film workers while in town on production and her place was perfect. Nicely appointed and well maintained- it was much better than any local hotels and we all felt right at home!
