The place we booked was the biggest whereas the place we got was the smallest. Before booking the host said that the room was available but wasn't. The host offered us another room which was 5km away from where we were. All these happened after we reached. We never met the owner. We met the caretaker for 5 minutes in our 8 nights of stay. The host never gave us outdoor photos of the property and it took us several minutes to find it. We made repeated requests beforehand. The host never picked up calls and would reply to messages only when he wanted to and would skip replying to important messages. The host agreed to give a 25% discount as the room wasn't the one that we booked but as we never met him, we had to file a discount through Airbnb as we were not sure if he would be honest enough to come and give us the refund. (everything is saved in my Zalo chats) The good thing of the property was that - it is in a good location and many places are within 30m of walking distance.

it was a good place. Everything was close by. The host was very responsive. And very nice us. The place was not very clean. Found lots of hair. Especially in the bathroom. We are both blond but the hairball was with black hairs. Apart from that. Its a good place to stay.
