Welcome to Utopia on Union, a bright and spacious private suite with separate entrance located in the heart of wine country. Escape from the hustle and bustle in our quiet rural retreat, but you won’t miss out on any of the action since this space is located on the Union Road Wine Trail in the midst of countless wineries, and yet is less than a 15-minute drive to the City park in the epicenter of downtown Paso Robles. Park in your own designated and covered parking area, and walk mere steps to your private entrance into a light filled, airy studio. The open concept floorplan boasts vaulted ceilings, large windows, a sitting area with flat panel TV, work space, kitchenette, and private bathroom. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress, and there is also a small futon. Outside, there is a small patio table and chairs perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while catching the sunset. There is also ample room to take your pet for a stroll.

I would give more stars if I could! Melinda went above and beyond with communication and assistance to make sure I had a wonderful stay. The studio is lovely, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I loved the quiet, private setting and spectacular Central Coast sunsets. I would love to stay with Melinda again!
Highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay at the studio. It is spacious, clean, and well stocked. The bed and bedding was super comfortable. It felt very private and parking was easy. You can tell the owners but a lot of care into making it a tranquil space. The location is perfect, very close to my favorite wineries.
Perfect last minute stay off the main road and away from house and lights. Being able to check in early made outlet day more pleasurable. The bed was sooo comfy. Thank you;)

Located on the Union Road Wine Trail and in the midst of the Highway 46 East wineries, this is a prime location for those planning to enjoy the hundreds of wineries located in the Paso Robles area. We are also located less than 4 miles from the Vina Robles Amphitheatre which features top tier acts from across the globe from April through November of each year. We are 5 miles from the Bruce Munro: Light at Sensorio outdoor art installation. We are a 10 minute drive to the Paso Robles Event Center and Fairgrounds. And we are located less than 15 minutes from the City Park and downtown area.

I am a Central Coast native and after living in other areas for a time (Inland Empire, Santa Barbara, Wilmington NC) I relocated back to Paso Robles in 2021. I have traveled many places throughout the U.S. including a single trip lasting 6 months. I live with my husband of 17 years and 2 young children. I enjoy hosting of all kinds, live music, adult beverages, gardening, cooking, crafts, woodworking, camping and hiking, games and reading.
