Ivana was an exceptional host, she is everything you will need to get from a host an airbnb. Quick and detailed in communication, she responded immediately to our request for booking. Was very flexible about the check-in time and helped with the parking place and the ticket (parking included in the rent, which is a huge plus in Groznjan during the summer). The room we rented was as in pictures, and we loved the complimentary refreshment (juices, coffee, teas and pastries) they were very welcome. The windows overlook the cobbled allies of Groznjan, the flowers, fruits ... amazing. The room has a ventilator, not an air-conditioning, so it can be quite hot inside as the room is located on the top floor.

Apartament is cozy, quite small but lovely and clean. It was very hot there (there is no AC only Fan - which is as described ) but the weather was exceptionally hot during our stay. (36C) Something to keep in mind during hotter days. Ivana and her father were very nice and all went smoothly. The town itself is a beautiful small gem with spectacular views. There is a great music bar nearby with awesome jazz / rock music. We loved it! there is also decent but too great Konoba - amodoMio . Great views from their terrace.

Ivana is wonderful and very welcoming, but we faced a big issue with our room: during summer its very hot in the room, not possible to breath, not even to sleep and there is no conditioning. So we had to book another hotel with conditioner and we lost money for this room (as this option is non-refundable).

Ivana is a very kind host and the place is in a very nice village, the room was beautiful.
