房东这边的服务回复不太热情 几次说的和实际不符 之前说三天保洁 快结束的时候又说3-4天 说之前话没有说完整 退房不太守时 迟到了半个多小时 差点影响了我们的飞机 房子旁边是没建设好的房子 位置不是非常好 有些偏僻 夜里很长一段路完全没有路灯 好处就是比较安静

Globalement, villa et emplacement sont très bien. Notre séjour a été très perturbé par des travaux dans 2 villas voisines en cours de restauration / construction.

To be honest, it’s a good place to sleep and stay. A villa with 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom 1 well equiped kitchen. I have a good sleep there. The host have a team to serve you. But, it’s totally not convenient if you do not have a car. There is almost no place to eat within 1km. 7-11 or shop is also far way from the villa. The nearest beach is 3.5km away from the villa. It is impossible to walk to the beach. The picture and the tag “near the beach” is not true. So you must rent a car to go outside or rent a bike. But if you do not have bike license, be careful with the police. The host will help you to rent a car or bike. For your information, the taxi in Phuket is usually 200 baht for 3km distance. By the way, there is no slippery and no duster cloth or mop. I cooked but it is not convenient to clean them. These are my suggestions. Oh, you can leave your luggages in a spa which is 3 km always from the villa…… So, If you have a car, don’t hesitate to book it!

Everything was great. The host has a team of people to manage each and every task. They take care of you as soon as you land in Phuket and then until departing with utmost care. Rachel is such a sweet person. She received us and gave perfect instructions of the house and local recommendations. Looking forward to stay again in the future.
