LIVING ROOM The living room features a comfy sofa, a lounge chair and a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities powered by high speed WiFi and a laptop-friendly workspace. PATIO Outside, a fully fenced back patio adorned with shade sails, string lights, and cozy seating. Your private parking space can be easily accessed through the back gate and offers easy access to unload your belongings. Going through the main entrance to unlock the back gate is required. KITCHEN The super-functional and well stocked kitchen invites guests to enjoy a perfect morning cup, plus all the essentials to whip up a feast. Kitchen amenities include upgraded kitchen appliances, stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, electric tea kettle, Keurig coffee machine, french press, bowls, dishware, baking dishes, knives, cutlery, pots and pans, cookware, wine glasses, measuring spoons and kitchen tools. Dish washing supplies are provided, as well as paper towels, napkins and trash bags. BEDROOMS The primary suite is equipped with a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities and a slider leading to back outside patio. Rest peacefully, each bedroom is stocked with fresh quality linen bedding, extra plush pillows for your comfort and blackout-curtains. There are roomy storage closets, laundry baskets, dimmable bedside lamps with built-in USB charging outlets. There are also spare duvet covers, linens, blankets, pillowcases and sheet sets in the closet available for your use. If additional sleeping arrangements are needed for extra guests or the kiddos, please let us know. An inflatable mattress is available upon request. LAUNDRY We offer full-sized in-unit washer and dryer. We've even included an ironing board and a clothes steamer for those "just-in-case" moments. Additional laundry amenities include laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets and spray on stain remover. BATHROOM The bright and clean bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower combo, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, hair dryer and basic toiletries are provided.
