This is our second home, the bright apartment is newly renovated, with the help of our neighbours. You will find a spacious living/bedroom, a well equipped kitchen, two balconies, bathroom and a rooftop terrace with a stunning view. Palermo can be a noisy city, our place is surprisingly quiet and the neighbourhood has a village feeling, still you will reach everything within walking distance. The apartment is on the first floor of a two-storey building. The lovingly renovated rooms demonstrate tranquillity and coziness. Up to six people can dine in the kitchen, especially families or people who want to book for a longer period will appreciate the washing machine and dishwasher. In the spacious living/bedroom there is a sofa bed, which means that up to four people can easily sleep, families with two children are welcome. We also offer a baby travel cot if required. The air conditioning is new and works very effectively. Our roof terrace invites you to relax, we like to end our days there with a good glass of wine.

We had a great stay at Veronika's beautiful place and found everything to be exactly as promised :) Aside from the beautifully designed apartment that came with everything we needed for our one week stay, we also really enjoyed the neighborhood. It's not far from the old town but still far away enough from the touristy areas. It was easy to get to know the Super friendly neighbour's and have small conversations in broken Italian. Bonus points for Da Spirito, the lovely neighborhood restaurant. We would always come back!

Such a nice apartment, we really enjoyed the rooftop and big spacious room. Easy access to the historical center and to get in and out of the city by car.

Das Apartment liegt zu Fuß gut erreichbar zu allen Stadtvierteln. Es ist ruhig und kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Blick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mittendrin in einem sizilianischen Viertel. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist sehr zutreffend beschrieben. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt - die Dachterasse ist ein Traum, mit Blick auf die Berge schön von der Sonne bestrahlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet Wir sind zu Fuß unterwegs gewesen, dadurch haben wir häufig den ganzen Tag in der Stadt verbracht, da der Weg je nach Ziel 20-30 Minuten gedauert hat. Die Gegend ist eher local und zum Teil etwas rough - die Dachterrasse war somit eine perfekte kleine Oase sehr Ruhe :)

Ich habe hier einen wunderschoenen Monat verbracht. Veronika ist jeder Zeit erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Die Wohnung ist sehr geraeumig, man findet alles was man braucht. Das einzige was ich etwas vermisst habe war ein kleiner Backofen, den ich schon in vielen italienischen Wohnungen vorgefunden habe. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich das Highlight der Wohnung aber auch die zwei anderen Terrassen waren sehr schoen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Teil von Palermo, der zum Glueck nicht touristisch ueberlaufen ist. Erreicht jedoch die Via Vittorio Emanuele in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Auch sollte man in dem kleinen Restaurant "Da Spirito" einmal essen, sehr gute Kueche. Vielen Dank fuer einen schoenen Monat, ich komme gerne wieder.

There is a village in central Palermo, at least it feels like that to us. Our neighbours like to have a chat in front of their houses about this and that, children play in the street, street vendors come by with fresh bread (on sunday mornings only) or vegetables and fruit, and in the distance you can watch horses grazing.

Parking in the area is for free, unfortunately there is no space in front of our apartment. We normally leave our car in Via Cipressi nearby, there we always find something! You can do your grocery at Eurospar (2min walk), there is a good bakery (Panificio Il Forno dei Golosi), coffee shops, a pasticceria and other shops within 3min walking distance.
