We enjoyed our stay at Gaurav’s place. Very well kept. Neat & Clean. Actual place and its description and photos on Airbnb match perfectly. Its little away from Rishikesh in a quiet locality. It has a very positive vibe the moment you enter. The apartment has been beautifully designed, thoughtfully decorated. We had booked the entire 2 BHK apartment, as we were a group of four people. Definitely recommending this place to others. All the facilities are available in the apartment except washing machine. Host and his team are very responsive and his guidance help us a lot to visit near by places. Everything is available just downstairs so it's very well catered for. Parking for was available. Gaurav went out of the way to provide a cook to prepare food for us and maid for daily cleaning & maintenance.

Disappointing Experience!! My family and I recently stayed at the modern 2 Bedroom apartment, and unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, we encountered multiple issues that significantly impacted our stay. Firstly, despite arriving at the designated check-in time of 2 p.m., we were left waiting at the entrance without any assistance from the caretaker. Furthermore, the apartment was not cleaned, and it was only after our arrival that the cleaning staff attended to it, leaving the washrooms in an unsatisfactory condition. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, we discovered that the toilet seat was broken, a pre-existing condition that had not been addressed by the host. Overall, our experience was ruined by unprofessionalism and neglect on the part of the host.
