Couldn’t have made a better choice for where to stay while in Denver/central CO. Lot of options on rental sites, but I can guarantee choosing Brian’s Sloan Lake apartment will be a good choice. Perfect location for exploring Denver. My wife and I didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the unit, but it was the perfect “home base” for our adventures. Super simply check in with perfect instructions, as clean as you could ask, had coffee and wine available when we arrived, washer/dryer inside unit is a huge plus, comfortable bed, all the things. Brian is a great host that always communicates and responds quickly if needed. We didn’t need much, but it’s always a good feeling knowing I could message him at any point if there was a need. He also gave great recommendations for restaurants, parks, things to do. Next time we’re in Denver, I’ll definitely be checking for Brian’s availability before looking elsewhere.

Brian's place was very nice and perfect for 2 guests to stay and enjoy all of Denver with. he was very responsive and friendly with local recommendations. I would love to stay at his place next year when I go back to Denver for vacation once again. the only downside is that the unit does not have its own climate control as the control unit is in Brian's home. he was very and responsive when asked to turn on the AC. overall I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a rental very close to most things such as red rocks and only 15 to 20 minutes to downtown. 5 out of 5 star stay and location!

Beautiful modern & cozy place! Perfect for a couples getaway. Everything was a doable distance away; we checked out the Denver zoo, downtown, red rocks amphitheater & lots of yummy restaurants! Would definitely book again!
