A cute getaway tucked away in a cabin in the middle of Catskills forest! Only a 10 min drive to the Main Street of Livingston manor but a great home to stay tucked in, cook and play board games! Great host, available at all times! The house was very beautiful and cozy!

The house is very nice and comfortable and Keira was a pleasure to work with, but there were a few issues: 1) The wood stove, even after cleaning and emptying all ash and even using newly purchased wood (wood at the house is wet), smokes so badly when opened if a fire is burning that it is unusable; it's likely that the flue needs to be cleaned. 2) The whole house was set at 50 degrees when we arrived on a day that was below freezing and took a good while to warm up. 3) The driveway had not been plowed and is steep and was covered in snow. There is also a long walk from the parking area that was unshoveled and was covered in ice, leading to a fall hazard. 4) Multiple lights are out and several switches are non-functional. There are also unpatched holes in drywall. 5) The host charges you a $200 cleaning fee but then asks guests to clean the house, including vacuuming and taking trash to the dump, which is unacceptable when a fee is paid.

To sum it up; everything was excellent! Best part was all the things that make staying there comfortable; pot & pans, spices, etc… it was also very serene. Totally recommend.

This home is perfect and Keira was extremely accommodating. From the moment we drove up the driveway and saw the home, we knew we picked the right place. This log home is beautiful inside and out. Every person in our group agreed that this is the place to come and relax. Thank you Keira for helping to make this an amazing trip!
