Modern and Stylish house located in a very peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to the main transit roads like Glenmore Trail, MacLeod Trail and 14th Avenue and located only 5 minutes away from the nearest train station. Our house has been fully renovated and decorated to give a peaceful and unique experience. Our place is a detached 3-level split Main Floor. We also have a basement with a separate entrance that we rent out to Airbnb guests. Both units are separated by a secured door. - Our Home: This is our home, my wife Angie and I live here with our 6 & 4 year old children but we like sharing our place while we are out of town. That means that you will find pictures of us, books, clothes in our closets, food in our pantry and condiments in our fridge, etc and also means that you will be sleeping in very nice beds, with great liners and comfy pillows. - Kitchen: My wife lovesss cooking and baking so we have a kitchen full of everything you need to cook and bake during your stay. Please check the House Manual to see where you can find everything in the kitchen. - Kid-Friendly? Although we have small children, our house is not baby proof - outlast are not covered, we do not have any baby gates for the stairs, our cabinets don't have latches, we don't have cribs or high chairs. However we do have two twin beds, sound machine and lots of toys and books for toddlers/kids :) - Potential Noises: We live in a very quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by playgrounds and only a 10 minute walk to the Glenmore Reservoir. Our home is very peaceful, except for the odd sound made by our boiler system at night. There is a very small potential of noise from Airbnb guests from the basement but its very vey mild and we usually don't hear anything. - Air Conditioning: We don't have an air conditioning system but we will provide you with a fan and all our windows have mesh covers so they can be left wide open all day long. (Unless it rains of course) - Free Parking: There is space for two vehicles under our carport located on the right side of our house. There is also free street parking in front of our house. - Patio: The backyard patio is off limits as we'll be doing renos to it this summer However, you will have a bistro set in front of the main entrance with two chairs and a side table to enjoy your coffee or tea in the morning.
