We had a great stay at this home. Upon arrival everything was very clean and the house was very spacious. The beds were pretty comfortable. It was fairly warm the first night and there was no fan or AC, so it was about 26 degrees in my baby’s room according to the monitor. The living room and kitchen have space for 3-4 people comfortably, we could have used an extra couch/seating when we had our parents over one evening. Overall it’s pretty basic in terms of amenities but it’s a great house for the price and we would stay again and just bring a fan in the summer.

The cookware was so so. The silverware was also so so and there’s no can opener. There could definitely could be more living room furniture. All that was there was a couch made for 3 people.

Kayode's place is in a very new area of Saskatoon and a very safe location. There are major stores nearby and it is very easy to get to the main roads to access the rest of Saskatoon. The house itself was very well equipped and had plenty of space for a family. I would definitly stay at Kayode's place again!
