Margo and Paul's home is a beautiful place to relax away from the city and enjoy the proximity of a lovely Kawartha's town. They are great hosts and pride themselves in providing a lovely environment to live in (special touches of fresh veg if you water the plants).

Paul and Margo's cottage has tons of character! Enjoyed all the different rooms, stocked with lots of things to do (books, TVs, board games, and even VHS movie classics!). All your kitchen needs are also met. My favourite part of staying here was the kayaks and paddle boards the hosts provided. The cottage is right on the water, so it was great to be able to use their water equipment. Bring your own life jacket though! And if you don't have one, they can be rented in town for $10. The cottage also has a large yard, which is perfect for outdoor games. Second favourite part of staying at this cottage was the Kawartha ice cream shop near by - yummy! Thanks again for a lovely visit, Paul and Margo.

Best cottage experience! The pictures do not come close to showing how quaint and well thought out this cottage is. Close to town 5-7 min walk, very helpful thoughtful hosts, from the lavender sprigs in each room to the complimentary bottle of wine, you felt at home from the minute you walked through the door! Cottage has everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable! The Slater Family

The location was perfect for us -- on the lake and private, yet walkable into town. The house is spacious and offers lots of areas for eating and being social, or for private moments. Nice outdoor spaces and thoughtful extras, like water shoes. We never met our hosts but check-in couldn't have been easier. We'd go back there.

We had a wonderful time with our family, having lots of cozy places to relax, communicate and spend quality time. The beds were very comfy, and the view fantastic. Margo and Paul were very accomodating and great communicators. We would definately stay there again.
