Place is super cute and quiet. Very clean and walkable to town. Beds were very comfortable. Didn’t get code until check in time exactly! Didn’t know if we had the place because of lack of communication. Over priced! Only got because it was the only one available. They send you an email stating they will charge you if you don’t get out by 10!!

We had several issues. The AC only cooled to 74 degrees and while it was comfortable for our stay in April, if you are coming in the summer months…be aware. The tv requires you to sign into your own streaming account. Which is fine, if you know ahead of time. The biggest issue was having someone else on the property that was not disclosed to us. The firepit was advertised as a place to hangout, but you were in the resident’s front windows. It wasn’t comfortable to be back there. After watching other people visit the person living there we ( 2 single females) became uncomfortable with the situation and left. Greg promised to refund part of our stay but that has not happened yet. I will revise this if it does occur. Overall, it would have been fine if we had known all of the details in the listing. We might not have chosen this option but if we did we would have had our eyes open and know what to expect. I suggest revising your listing to reflect the reality.

Cancellation policy is inaccurately stated on listing. It is NOT a "free cancellation". Air conditioner and bathroom receptacle did not work properly and nothing done during our stay to repair (air quit cooling on our second night so we had three nights in a warm house) Parking is inadequate if you have more than one vehicle Not enough towels provided without having laundry facilities No luggage racks for suitcases. Closet was too small to store them away. No iron as listed. Steamer only. No makeup removal towels or wipes provided. Strict house rules made it difficult to relax (noise sensors, don't unplug anything, etc) Neighborhood appears questionable

Upon arrival, the neighborhood seemed questionable. The home itself was nicely decorated, but not in the best shape. The house has a very unpleasant smell. We could not access any internet because the server and the password listed in the check in info was incorrect. We had to drive down the road to get enough cell service in order to send a message to find out the accurate information. The host initially gave us the same wrong information. It took some time for him to find out what the correct access and password was. We shared that we felt the neighborhood was questionable and that the house has a very unpleasant smell. I asked for a refund for the second night so I could just get a hotel room. He assured us that the neighborhood was safe but didn’t otherwise offer any solution for the smell. We made the best of our trip, but we will not stay here (or at any other property owned by this company) again.
