Spacious family-friendly set of 2 condos in Yorkville near Raging Waves water park, white water rafting and outdoor activities such as hunting, hiking, and boating at Silver Springs park. Newly updated, plenty of sleeping for up to 12. Fully equipped kitchen, top-of-the-line appliances, quartz countertops. Beach theme one side, Safari the other. Many local & family-owned eateries from fancy bar food & yummy Italian. PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES **BEFORE** BOOKING. 2 homes, for a total of.- - 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. - 6 queen-size beds. - 4 queen-size sofa-beds. - 2 living rooms with a TV each. - 2 kitchens. - 2 dining room with dining table. - 2 work desks.

We made it work however the beds are unstable; not for adults and few other issues. Maintenance is needed for sure and quicker communication responses.

We had 2 small mechanical/electronic issues during our stay, both of which could not have been anticipated and EpiXtays promptly and efficiently fixed the issues within an hour. I highly recommend EpiXtays as a host and this particular pair of units for any team, extended family or group event.
