Open plan kitchen with microwave, dining and lounge area with tv, vcr, dvd player. Bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer. Outside deck with Gas BBQ and outdoor setting, fish cleaning facilities, plenty of room for the boat. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 bunks. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No smoking inside Strictly no pets - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply PLEASE NOTE: There is a $300 refundable bond that will be added to your booking. This is payable direct to the Host and will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems.
