Two bedrooms have queen beds, along with a third room with a twin trundle bed. There are also dedicated workspaces in 2 of the bedrooms, and 1 of the bedrooms has a 50" HDTV. Each room has blackout curtains or blinds. There is one full bathroom, with a unique double shower with independent temperature control. KITCHEN We have a large, fully equipped kitchen with a 4x burner gas stove, large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven, and great coffee set-up with both a drip machine and Keurig available. DINING ROOM Enjoy the views of the sun setting behind Twin Peaks and Sutro Tower while dining with family and friends. Dining table can seat up to 6 people. LIVING ROOM Living room has a 65" 4K TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Chromecast. We also provide board games, books, and a portable Bluetooth speaker. We have fast Wi-Fi with speeds up to 500 Mbps. PARKING There is free street parking! Typically lots of spots are available. LAUNDRY New LG Washer and Dryer are onsite, available to guests, and free to use. Laundry hours are from 10AM to 9PM (so we don't disturb our neighbors!) NOTES - The house is on top of a hill, so walking anywhere will mean walking down and up hills. Bring your walking shoes! :) - We accept up to two well-behaved pets but they must be declared in the booking and an additional pet cleaning fee will be added
