The drive way is shared with longer term tenants (a couple ) who access their one bedroom apartment up a flight of external stairs on the side of the house. Their apartment is situated above the garage. The other smaller studio unit (one person ) is located behind the house and backs onto this apartments lounge room wall. This wall is double gibbed and sound batted however noise levels by all are requested to be respected especially later in the evening. The laundry - washing machine and dryer are both in the garage and this is a shared laundry with the other longer term tenants. There is clothes line in the back yard and a rack provided for drying (near the internal fire if cold or wet). Please understand this is my personal home with my two teenage children and the garage area is currently a storage space for our personal belongings. Though visible because of the laundry access I would ask please that the garage storage area be be left alone.
