The tiny house is an amazing space inside and out set on a beautiful property. Fay and Eric are amazing hosts and look forward for an opportunity to visit again.

Fay's Tiny House at Inn on Orchard is an excellent accommodation. It's on a peaceful and beautiful property surrounded by orchards and looking over Sixteen Mile Pond. The tiny home is beautifully designed, very modern with an excellent kitchen, bathroom and a very cozy bedroom. The views are amazing. We were warmly welcomed and felt at home everyday over our two week stay. . Local restaurants, shopping and sightseeing are all close by, as well as being in the heart of Niagara's excellent wine region. Fay's tiny home is very special and we throughly enjoyed every day we spent there.

This is a very unique place & easily one of the best I've stayed in... Friendly people; beautiful & well maintained property; comfortable & new, quality furnishings; very private & peaceful with easy, picturesque walks just outside the front door; and only a few minutes of easy driving to all kinds of things to enjoy in the Niagara Region. This one well exceeded my expectations - you will not be disappointed!!!
