The house was beautiful and the hosts were very responsive to messages. If you're staying with a few more people there isn't much comfortable seating in the living room as there is only 1 couch so for 7 people to relax in there is a little challenging. I would also recommend bringing more towels for showers if you're staying longer then a couple days, unless you're okay with 1 towel per person, again depending how many are staying. There is a washer and dryer which is a great perk, we didn't realize there was a detergent pod left and didn't want to purchase any. The neighborhood was very quiet and the backyard was a nice place to relax as well. We would definitely stay again.

We just stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer. A perfect place for our big family trip. Kids loved the yard and the hot tub.

I had a lovely stay in Knoxville! The location of the home was peaceful yet very close to downtown. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had super comfy beds in each room. Everything was just as expected inside, and the backyard with a hot tub and space to enjoy some time outside on the deck or around a fire was perfect! I would absolutely return if I find myself looking for a place to stay in Knoxville.
