Relax in a calm retreat space within a non-smoking household. Your clean, private bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed with mattress topper, quilt, and choice of pillows. It also has TV, full-length mirror and built-in wardrobe. Enjoy a soak in the clean, deep bath using complimentary products.🛀 You are very welcome to cook a meal in the shared kitchen/ dining area. Guests have access to their own fridge and cupboard space. In winter, you're welcome to share a firepit in the backyard. 🏠 It is a ground floor brick house, (no stairs) and is lovely, light, and airy. I am sure you will be very comfortable here. 🏠 The bedroom has an overhead fan, and an air-conditioner and the communal area of the house is also airconditioned. This is a non smoking home.

This area has everything you could possibly need nearby.
It is a 5 min drive to Westfield with the restaurants, movie theatre, and pubs, swimming pools etc.
It's a residential area, with plenty to do in the local area.
The house is a short walk to a bus stop, and other shops and takeaways are also within walking distance.
The local sporting club is a 2 min drive.
Eden Lake is nearby, and it takes about 15 mins to walk there.
It's about 15 minutes drive to Redcliffe beach with its cafes and restaurants and clubs.
There is easy access to the highway if you wish to go into the city, the Gold Coast, or the Sunshine Coast.
You can catch a train into the city, with the local station about a 10 minute drive away.

Walking, driving, Ubers, local busses, and bike riding are great ways get around. It is fairly flat, with some gentle hills, so bike riding is a breeze. There are plenty of bike tracks nearby.
