I coincidentally came across this absolute GEM of a house, so I booked it immediately! The house became our home for a week. The upstairs rooms are very comfortable and the ocean views are spectacular. Downstairs you will immediately realise that this house is an entertainer's delight with its pristine bar, open plan kitchen, dining room, built-in-braai and living room. The appliances and amenities are all top of the range. The outside deck is perfect for al fresco dining on those lovely balmy nights. The bonus is an extra enclosed living area which completely opens up to another outside deck and splash pool! This you won't easily find in homes at Pinnacle Point. Kobus warmly greeted us at the house, which added a nice, personal touch. He is friendly, very responsive, accommodating and he provides you with all the info you might need, and more. The area is safe, comfortable and I am already booking my Summer Vaca there! Thanks Kobus - see you again soon! Kind regards Landi
