We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was a little bit far away from the tram but it was ok. Highly recommend!

When we arrived at the apartment, it appeared to be very hot and extremely dirty. We are very disappointed by this accommodation and would not recommand it.

Basic amenities, what it says on the tin, definitely your basic self-catering student accommodation. Disappointed that the bathroom was not as clean as it could be with hairs left behind in the corners, and there was a lot of dust everywhere from the building works. Fortunately the bed linen and towels were clean! Communication from Altido itself was confusing at best - I had to call to actually get a response to questions and to clarify instructions, because responses on the Air BnB app are non existent. However, the staff on the ground were great. It's easy to get to, easy links into the city centre and beyond.

Everything was fine up until the fire alarm went off at 5am scaring the hell out of me, this isn’t the fault of Altido as someone opened the fire door however there was no apology or I personally believe not enough warning of the fire alarm going off if the door opened. The other problem was that the room was far to hot and we couldn’t open windows, however we did receive two fans which was nice :)
