Clean and comfortable accommodation with all the amenities I needed and more. Nice location away the city but easy head into the centre. I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Auckland.

Nice place for an overnight stay, maybe not longer. The listing needs to be updated that it is below the owners house. I absolutely never book places under someone's home as I am extremely sensitive to noise, and sadly there was noise upstairs, children running around, banks etc. There are some maintenance issues... would in the bathroom, bathroom door that isn't wide enough to cover the gap (so not complete privacy when on the toilet), extractor fan makes strange noise. Sara-Marie was a great host though, very accommodating, friendly, responsive. And the place had some nice little touches.
