Breathtaking view through the front window! Really nice neighbors. Mark was an awesome host. You can watch the world roll by, and it’s a really interesting world. Beds were very comfortable. What’s not to like? My only hesitation is that I’m posting this before I can reserve my next visit because if word gets out about this place? Oh boy! We are world travelers and this place is world class at a motel price. There, now I’ve all up and done it, but it’s the truth. Thanks Mark :)

Overall we had a wonderful time in Coronado - bnb was clean and comfortable! Mark was very flexible and offered us extra storage space given that we just moved from NJ. We did have a few plumbing issues, but Mark was able to manage fairly quickly. Only other shout is the designated parking space (no fault of Marks) but forewarning it is very tight, so be careful when pulling in! Would definitely stay again / recommend to a friend.

We stayed for a month in this beautiful place and it exceeded our expectations! Check-in was somewhat rocky this time, but the host has rectified the issue. The location is very central to Coronado. Perhaps a five-minute walk to the famous Hotel Coronado! If you walk behind the hotel you'll find a fun beach walk. Downtown has tons of coffee and food and CLEAN. The neighborhood itself is a quaint community that is extremely safe and our neighbor next door is such a gem! The photos don't do this place justice. Beautiful full kitchen with all the pots/pans you need. FREE COFFEE. I fell asleep from the first night with the comfortable king bed and pillows. the dedicated work station was perfect for working remote. Also LOVE the huge amount of storage space for clothes, etc. Laundry in the building. Extra bedding and cleaning supplies are available. Mark the host was extremely communicative and friendly. He usually messaged back immediately and came quickly if needed. Will be back!
