Entrance hall Enter into a light and airy double height entrance hall, leading through to the two downstairs bedrooms, bathroom, utility and living area. A secret cupboard built in to the timber cladding offers plenty of space to store coats and shoes. Bedroom 2 With a zip-and-link bed that is either a super king size or twin single beds, cool black feature wall, window overlooking the back garden and plenty of built in storage, this room is perfect for waking up feeling totally relaxed. Bedroom 3 With a zip-and-link bed that is either a king size or twin narrow single beds, calming wood and white colour palette and plenty of storage, this cosy bedroom is ideal for couples or kids sharing. Bathroom The ground floor also has a family bathroom, with a generously sized shower – perfect for washing salty hair and soothing tired arms after a day of surfing! Utility Room Large utility with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack. This room is also the perfect space to give four-legged friends an area to themselves if needed. Kitchen It is equipped with everything to make life as relaxed and sociable as possible, including island with electric oven and induction hob, American style fridge with chilled water and ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher and bundles of cupboard and worktop space.
