Petronila’s apartment is one of the nicest, best-located, and real value of all the places we have stayed in airbnb. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. The numerous small, thoughtful touches put it over the top. This place is amazing - absolutely what we expected based on the photos. It was also located nearby to a supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was excellent too! I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment to families or groups who want to explore Eastwood City. If you are considering this spot - book it!

The overall experience at the property was great! The check-in process was clear and hassle-free. Property is located at the heart of a bustling community. Check-in was also flexible, and the host was kind enough to accommodate early check-in since it was available at the time. The place was very clean upon arrival, and everything's in order. The property is just like how it's shown in the airbnb placement. Petronila was able to answer all inquiries prior to our stay and made it easy to make plans ahead of the visit. During our stay, she was able to address any inquiry that we have to make sure that our stay is smooth and relaxing.

An exceptional experience! Petronila easy communication and accommodation made our stay seamless. Checking in was effortless, and the clean penthouse offered a spectacular view of Manila's beautiful skyline and vibrant city life. The host's outstanding communication and the abundance of nearby restaurants made it a perfect stay right at the heart of Eastwood. Five stars without a doubt!
