Our Siem Reap Airbnb stay left us with mixed feelings. The property's location was convenient for exploring the city and temples. However, it didn't fully meet the luxury description, with broken fixtures like a toilet and tap. Slippery tiles around the pool were also a safety concern, especially with kids in our group. The host was communicative, but the on-site staff were less attentive, leading to awkward requests for room cleaning and fresh towels. The property's interior and communal areas appeared worn, with subpar furniture. Services were overpriced, with laundry costing double the price of a nearby laundromat. In-house catering, though included in the price, had inconsistencies at breakfast. Lunch and dinner catering prices were high compared to other restaurants, with no clear pricing concessions for children. In summary, while the property's location was a plus, it fell short of its luxury label due to maintenance issues, worn furniture, and inflated pricing for services.

This is a very nice and comfortable Villa with plenty of room for large groups. We had 10 people and had more than enough space -- plenty of privacy for each family as well. The staff is attentive and will do whatever necessary to help you! They provided best in class service, no request was denied. They also had great food options to add to your stay -- we had breakfast every morning as well as a BBQ dinner one evening. The location is a bit further away (a little more than 1KM) from the city center than I had planned for -- but its not really a problem, you can get a tuk-tuk taxi easily and very cheap. Highly recommend the Villa Asliah.
