Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, leider hatten wir Problem mit dem Parkhaus und der Herr am Telefon wollte uns nicht wirklich helfen… Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist im Großen und Ganzen super 👍 leider sind die Möbel auf dem Balkon kaputt und der Grill auf den Bilder hat gänzlich gefehlt. Leider war die Wohnung auch nicht ganz sauber, zu den kaputten Möbeln auf dem Balkon( wenn sie kaputt sind dann sollte man sie weg räumen), waren dann auch Harre in der Dusche und die Wasser Gläser waren leider alle nicht sauber. Im Großen und Ganzen hätte man sich hier mit etwas mehr Mühe für Details und Sauberkeit eine 5/5 verdienen können. Den die Lage und die Wohnung an sich sind super 👍

No bathmat left (which we did send a note to ask for) and no spare towels to put on the floor. Also, we need 2 beds. The 2nd one was not made up and had to search for a sheet. Light over the Kitchen table would not turn off and was very dim. In the large bedroom only 1 of the 2 lights worked. Overall, the lighting needs work. When we came in, it was raining. The gate would not go up and there were 5 people behind us, with no place to turn around. We had to use a credit card. No one answered at the first number given and the second did not work. Parking spot was hard to find. An older gentleman who was a resident showed us where it was. When trying to communicate with Come Stay, they were slow to respond if at all. We have yet to hear back regarding who to talk to about a potential charge after having to use a credit card to get in the garage. There were a lot of broken items (balcony furniture, clothes drying rack).

It was a good stay and modern and bright apartment. perfect for 3 adults, extra bed for one adult not 2 and same complaint as some other mentions erlier... very soft. Master bedroom good. Outdoor furniture need some attendance but we did not use because of weather.( sofa broken but assume it will be fixed after this response :) The area is wery nice by the shore and those who like sea swimming it is perfect.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in Århus und waren mit der Lage und Apartment im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden. Sehr nah an der Innenstadt, schöner Wohnbereich, Tiefgarage und Aufzug sehr praktisch (wenn jmd nicht gut zu Fuß ist). Leider ist die Beschreibung des zweiten Zimmers nicht akkurat, das Bett hat ca. 110cm und man kann unmöglich als 2 Erwachsene (die kein Paar sind) darin schlafen. Also schlief einer von uns auf der Couch. Im Wohnzimmer sehr hell ohne abdunkelnde Gardinen. Auf Nachfrage, ob eine Matratze oder Beistellbett organisiert werden könne, kam keine freundliche Antwort. Die Betten sind sehr weich (das ist Geschmacksache). Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber (Dusche und Waschbecken total verkalkt). Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend um dort auch zu kochen. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer.
