Welcome to you :) the apartment is located near the city center and train station. You'll find everything that is needed for a uncomplicated and nice stay. The apartment has 75 m2 and a balcony that allows you to have a beautiful view over the city's rooftops. Unlimited Wifi and a Smart-TV available. A elevator (or stairs) brings you to the floor of the apartment. The building is supervised 24/7. Everything is clean and preperated for your well-being. Free parking in front of the building. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, closet and bed linen each. In the living room there is a couch with bed function, new kitchen with utensils, table, balcony and a storage room. Also you have a desk in the corridor area. The bathroom ist seperated from the toilet and both are always disinfected and cleaned before your stay. You can also wash your laundry. A washing machine can be found in the bathroom and a drying rack in the storage room next to the kitchen. All necessary utensils (including shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, ironing board) are available. Everything is always clean and fresh.
