Proprietario molto cortese e disponibile, collocazione fantastica, casa di charme con servizi essenziali che potrebbe essere più confortevole con una maggiore manutenzione. La presenza di un tavolo da pranzo solo all’esterno risulta problematica in caso di pioggia o forte umidità.
