It's in the historical city center. 5 minutes by walk to Istiklal street. The studio is located on an authentic street where local families live and children play outside. On the ground floor of a renovated old townhouse. In the studio, there is a sleeping area with queen size bed, a dining & working area, a washing machine and a kitchen with cooking equipments in a single volume. It also has its own private bathroom.

一个完美的房间，虽然小一点，但是非常的温馨、干净、地理位置也是非常的优越，房东很专业，如果满分是100分的话，那么它就是95分，扣分的5分是因为炉子不能把水烧开，不能煮面条。建议房东增加一个微波炉，那就更加完美了
Es un lugar pequeño pero con todo lo que necesitas, parece insegura la zona pero en realidad los vecinos son bastante agradables y hay muchos lugares cercanos a donde ir caminando. Definitivamente mi mejor opción en Estambul.
We stayed in Mehmet’s place for 7 nights and had a great time. The apartment is located very near all the important stations and easy to reach the Beyoglu area (many bars, restaurants etc.) and just a few minutes from Taksim and Istiklal Street. The street can look a little rough or dirty, but you can see children and women spending the time there, so don’t be scared of that at first. Mehmet was very helpful and always responded quickly. Would stay here again!
Mehmet Emir is a very friendly and responsive host. He provided us with all necessary instructions about check-in and the apartment. He also gave us the information about attractions and restaurants near the place. He periodically asked how we are doing, and if there were any problems. The apartment is pretty good, the only two problems were high humidity and that there was smoky when we arrived. The location is also pretty good, not far from all interesting attractions of Istanbul. A little problem is that the building is located on the noisy and dirty street. But overall it didn't affect our stay. This apartment is a good decision for living in Beyoglu.

The area where the studio is located is 5 minutes' walk from Istiklal Avenue, the most important street of Istanbul, and 2 minutes from Tarlabaşı Boulevard.
It is located in a narrow, authentic street between Kalyoncukullugu Street and Ömer Hayyam Street, where historical houses are located, families live and children play outside.
On Kalyoncukullugu Street, which is 1-2 minutes away, there are shops where many basic needs such as market, pharmacy, butcher and greengrocer can be met.
There are direct bus services to Taksim from Istanbul's airports (IST and SAW), the studio is a 10-12 minute walk from Taksim Square.
Tarlabasi Boulevard, which is the main street for city bus options, is 2 minutes' walk away.
The M2 metro can be reached from Taksim Square (10-12 minutes) or Şişhane (15 minutes). You can reach the airports and all other important locations of Istanbul by metro.
There may not be a place for the car park on the street, Tepebasi Car Park (paid parking) can be used within walking distance.
