Location is great and only a short walk from great shops and bus to Disneyland. That’s where the good stuff stops. The place was filthy on check in. Host was non apologetic stating we had arrived too early. We arrived 20 mins early for check in and I couldn’t see how they had planned to clean a whole apartment in under 15 mins before we arrived??? I am not confident the bed linen was changed either as we did find some stains on one of the beds :( No Nespresso pods or dishwasher tablets or any kind of cleaning utensils to keep the place clean. Asked a few times for the host to drop off towels for drying dishes and all messages where read but not responded too. The balcony is non existent which they claim to have. All up for the price charged I feel it’s not value for money. I’ve stayed in numerous AirBnB’s across the world and this was by far the most disappointing. I think there was very little care factor once they the host had our money…. Avoid.

Overall a very positive stay. Really nice apartment, good size and excellent location. Only a 10min walk from train station and 15mins to Disney. Would definitely stay here again.

The main benefit of the property is location, however access is troublesome, especially the front door which needs maintenance. We had some troubles on day 1 with lack of items and an unclean bedroom, which was promptly fixed the next day. It’s not a place I would stay again, however given the standards of short stay and resorts in this area, I shouldn’t of expected more.

L’appartement en lui même est très jolie et comme sur les photos à part le balcon c’est des gardes corps. Le seul soucis qu’on a eu c’est dans la description il y avait les accessoires de base nécessaire et à notre arrivé, on s’aperçoit qu’il manque tous le strict minimum d’un Airbnb lorsque c’était indiqué dans l’annonce. On ne pouvait pas faire cuire notre viande car pas de poêle ect.. tout était manquant ( poêle, sel, poivre, huile, papier toilette, éponge, ect.. ) Nous contactons le propriétaire qui nous répond qu’il est débordé d’appel qu’il a pas le temps de nous apporter une solution. C’est vraiment dommage de vendre les prestations et de pas assumer derrière.
