The furniture is of high quality and traditionally complemented with antique furniture. The interior looks very modern, with a touch of nostalgia. A piano complements the appealing "Ensemble des Parterres", which also features two exquisitely furnished bedrooms with ample storage space as well as a modern bathroom with tub and shower. On the upper floor, you will find a similar set-up with a living room, a very modern, fully-equipped kitchen organised around a sociable cooking island, as well as a fireplace. Three air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with comfortable double beds as well as a modern shower room complete this self-sufficient living unit, which is thus perfect for a second family. On the upper floor, there is also a roofed balcony with a pool view where you can spend pleasant hours with a beautiful view. This division gives a larger travel group very pleasant autonomy - one holiday rhythm does not disturb the other and the time spent together having a barbecue and playing is just for relaxation. A small note: due to a current technical setting on the digital current meter, the three air-conditioning units must be switched on one after the other and cannot be used simultaneously. If a family consciously decides on a rural villa, as is the case with the recommended "Martijoan", they will be able to feel particularly free. It is even nicer if you are almost within sight of a town. Since the versatile villa is conveniently located near a road that is audible at times, Manacor can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Manacor, however, is not just any city, but the second largest on Mallorca. Translated, its name means "Hand on the heart" and that really reflects how nice the city is. It is not only known for its pearl industry, but also for pottery, wine and much more. At the Placa Constitucio, there is a fruit and vegetable market every day (except Sundays).
