Welcome to our cozy Residenza Merà in Merate, located near the charming town of Montevecchia and Lake Como. Our home is an ideal choice for tourists who wish to explore the surrounding region, as well as for business travelers who need easy access to the areas of Milan, Monza, Bergamo, Como and Lecco, while enjoying the tranquility of a residential area with all major services in close proximity. CIR: 897048-CIM-00001 The apartment has a bright living area with comfortable sofa bed for two, dining table and kitchen equipped with all cooking essentials. A spacious bedroom with comfortable bed and a capacious closet complete the apartment along with the modern adjacent bathroom with large shower and all necessary amenities. Our house is equipped with heating, washing machine and smart TV, shutters on every window and high thermal and acoustic insulation windows and doors for a comfortable stay. In addition, our residence offers free private parking and an exclusive deal with the bistro below to dine at special prices.

Appartamento come da descrizione, pulito, in ordine e con tutto il necessario. Mauri disponibilissimo e sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità. Posto meraviglioso da visitare soprattutto con la famiglia, consiglio anche la Vineria-Ristorante sottostante all’appartamento. Grazie mille a Mauri per l’ospitalità nella sua magnifica residenza.
Casa bella, spaziosa, luminosa e pulita. Indispensabile il pinguino altrimenti d estate fa troppo caldo. La posizione è bellissima in centro città, Pero con il locale sotto troppo rumorosa.

We stayed here for 4 days and it was amazing!! Everything was really clean and tidy, and it’s a really spacious and beautiful apartment :) The staff downstairs were lovely and checking in/out instructions were very clear and easy to understand.

There are also bistros, restaurants, cafes and stores in the immediate vicinity.
Our Merà residence is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Leopoldo Mandic Hospital, making it an ideal choice for anyone needing to stay in the area for medical reasons. In addition, the Cernusco Lombardone-Merate train station is three bus stops away, making it easy and convenient to reach other destinations nearby.
