Jaime was an excellent host. He was very responsive and friendly. This was particularly when we had an issue with the hot water. Unfortunately, we had no hot water for 4 out of 5 nights and were forced to cut our stay short and find other accommodation. While this was inconvenient, Jaime handled the issue very well and sent out a plumber twice to try and rectify it. The apartment was relatively accurate to the listing in terms of quality, although it fell short on some of the finer details. For example, the paint job in the bathroom was a little rustic compared to the photos, the kitchen tap wasn’t attached properly (which we tightened ourselves) and the kitchen lacked basic amenities, e.g. no tea, coffee, salt or pepper, there was an empty bottle of washing up liquid left by the sink and no cleaning supplies. Overall, it was a relatively pleasant stay. The boiler issues were unavoidable, but the place needs a little TLC.

Our employees enjoyed their stay at Jaime's property despite not having hot water for at least 1 day which they weren't too perturbed about at the time. They said they would stay again if the need arose.

There were two of us for two weeks and we were very happy. It was clean and spacious, with comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. Grocery shopping was a little far as we had to walk 30-40 minutes round trip, but we just used doordash. There is no air conditioning in each bedroom, but the furry blankets provided were very warm, so it was fine. The location was fine as sightseeing was not our main purpose. I would have liked a bigger clothes dryer tho. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come to Sydney again!
