This is a city centre property. The street itself is a fairly quiet spot given how close it is to the centre of the city. The street is some residential and some businesses. Most people in the street are just walking to get coffee from the surrounding coffee shops.
But when you hit the end of the street it is all happening.
At one end the street you go left and cross the road to fortitude valley central and train station (100m), which is Brisbanes restaurant and nightlife mecca
Go right for a very short stroll and you'll hit King Street (King Street bakery pastries are tasty) & Khulchur cafe for the best breakfast. (200m) Also a nice entrance to the EKka or Brisbane show grounds
At the other end you can walk to Brisbane Hospital to visit loved ones 200m.
Take a longer walk (or scooter) to Victoria Park and QUT. great for dogs and kids, an amazing expanse of gardens and grass, goes for more than 500 metres
single car spot at the property, but additional parking is generally available on the street metered. Street parking is free on weekends and after 5pm per signs.
highly recommend hiring local scooters. The purple ones have better long term and day rates
extremely close to evertying in the City all walking distance!
We are very close to the Fortitude Valley night life to walk, but far enough away from the noise, with only very occasional noise of people returning to their cars in nearby night life.
Plus this house is all yours. no lifts, no fuss. From your car park right into the front door.

There's a car spot at the property, but additional parking is generally available on the street metered. There is 4 hours and 12 hour in the street. Street parking is free on the weekends.
highly recommend local hire electric scooters, day rates or weekly are much cheaper than per ride hire.
if there are more than 2 just uber. most inner city places are about $10-15 per trip.
train station is literally 200 metres. very very close.
buses from from everywhere. but a lot go from the otherside of the train station (tip you can cut through the train station car park it's allowed and there's a lift in there to take you to the other street.
it's a nice but longer walk to James Street. I suggest a visit.
