It is located in the garden level of our family home and offers open concept living and dining spaces with a compact kitchenette for light meals. Enjoy a spa-like experience with head to toe luxurious local amenities from Sangre De Fruta (hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion) and relax in the evening in your private covered hot tub. After a <15min drive off the ferry, you will be awarded with the west side's evening light and famous sunsets. The property is tucked in behind a ravine for a secluded, peaceful experience. Enjoy it all from your private covered patio with hot tub or relax on the lounge chairs in the yard. Both bedrooms are comfortably appointed and have queen size beds. The blue room is larger and has direct access to the hot tub. The bathroom has a bath tub and heated floors. The kitchenette is newly built and has everything you need for light meals. The suite is well equipped for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Enjoy the stylish interiors with high quality beds, access to lush forest trails from the property, and mature heritage gardens. The suite is located on the garden level of a family home and is best suited for young families, couples, and friends looking for a peaceful getaway. NO parties or outside guests, please. LOCATION: The suite is located on the west side of the island, away from the amenities of Snug Cove. It is best suited for those seeking to escape into nature, rather than those looking for urban convenience. Is you wish to cook your own meals, it's wise to shop while passing through Snug Cove, as there are no commercial areas on the west side. However, the suite is on the bus route should you wish to leave your car at home and the schedule compliments the ferry route. Bowen Bay Beach is a <8min walk and we are directly on the Malkin Creek trail with access to the expansive Mt. Gardner trail network. Award winning Riley's Cidery is also accessible via the trail system. YOUR HOSTS: My daughters (ages 6 and 8) and I live upstairs. This is our family home and we enjoy orienting others to all there is to do on our beautiful island. We are often around if you have any questions but otherwise will leave you to enjoy your stay. You may occasionally hear normal family Pack 'N Play and high chair available upon request. PET POLICY: Quiet well behaved dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Dogs must be kept on leash while outside on the property and picked up after. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture and therefore you must be willing to bring his/her bed with you. An extra cleaning fee will apply. Finally, dogs must be well socialized with other dogs and young children, as both live on the property. PLEASE NOTE: There is no tv in the suite. There is, however, high speed internet for streaming on your own devices and a bluetooth speaker. We also provide a selection of board games, puzzles, and books to enjoy during your stay.
