Every space was designed with you in mind with a fully equipped kitchen, high end beds, stylish furniture, spa like bathrooms, & the outdoor area is a vacationers dream! This beautiful town home is less than 10 minutes to Dover Bay and Sandpoint on the Pend Orielle River. Just down the private beach path you have your own private 100 foot beach with sand, swimming, kayaks, paddle board, spike ball, Jenga and more. Enjoy lounging waterside on the chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs with umbrella during the day and s’mores at the waterfront campfire at night. It’s truly the most beautiful place on earth and just what you need to sit back and unwind with family and friends. Unwind as in relax, have fun, kiddos playing and adults laughing, but no parties please. Sleeps 10 [up to 12]. The 3 full bathrooms have floor to ceiling tile, custom built in white oak shelves & storage, and all the common necessities you need [salon quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer & more] to complete your stay at this clean and equipped home. The open concept first floor is home to a chefs kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances & quartz counters, stocked with indoor and outdoor cooking dishes, serving ware, and utensils, a coffee maker with provided pods, blender for those refreshing drinks, and even the common spices you will need to whip up a delicious BBQ meal on the breathtaking patio. The kitchen is full of everyday conveniences to make your stay complete. With an oversized island and 4 counter stools, it is a great place to gather while cooking or have that afternoon snack. The kitchen flows seamlessly with the large living room that has a new comfortable sectional and chairs that make the perfect space for a family movie night. This great living space is also home to the concrete dining table that has ample seating with stylish chairs and a long bench. The best part about all these spaces, is the panoramic views out of the tall oversized windows and floor to ceiling sliding doors. Hot Tub- during the months July 1st-Labor Day, the hot tub is available for a $50 hot tub cleaning fee. We thoroughly clean the hot tub after every guest, year round, but during the summer months extra attention is needed due to sunscreen and lotion products. If you would like access to the hot tub during your stay, please message us beforehand so we can heat it up for you. Here are a couple requests we ask of you before you go: Please gather your used towels and put in the laundry room. No need to wash them as we will take care of all of that. Please start dishwasher with any used dishes. Please take all trash to the garbage can in front. Please turn off all the lights and make sure the oven is off as well. Please set thermostat to 72 degrees. Please make sure all indoor furniture is put back to its original place and all beach chairs, umbrellas, and other items are tied down and in their original place. Please make sure any outdoor games, beach toys, children’s life vest, or any other property extras are put in their original place and off of the lawn so they are not damaged by the sprinklers. And lastly, please make sure all windows and doors are fully closed and locked before leaving. This home is part of a two unit townhome. It has a PRIVATE 100’ beach for you and your guests with water access, large sand area, lounge chairs with umbrella, and waterfront campfire for just your use. The property also has a shared dock for you to use to swim with and access for a boat or water equipment. The dock is only for the two units and not for public use. Please message with us beforehand if you plan on bringing a boat or jet skis to make sure we can accommodate your request. The garage and boat lift are not available for use.
